I am an integrative mental health therapist with a trauma informed lens who acts as a dedicated guide on healing adventures. My work involves a heavy emphasis on understanding our experiences from birth to present and how they impact our current functioning; as well as targeting maladaptive behaviors, beliefs, and promoting emotional intelligence. I believe in understanding and analyzing the “roadmap” we were presented in early years and adjusting this utilizing your foundational values as guidelines to live a fulfilled and self-actualized life.
I am passionate about educating the public about how trauma impacts brain development and functioning and am interested in collaboration engaging in podcasts, workshops, speaking engagements, and webinars.
